In this issu, head north to Canada as FILM-FEST takes you to the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival. Then, check out an hour of the best short films from today’s festival circuit including Ewan McGregor in Desserts, Academy Award nominated hand-painted animation, When The Day Breaks, and 40 minute festival favorite, Dolphins.
